Train The Trainer

Builds, develops and creates new trainers inside your organisation.

Your best people already know the job. What they usually have not been taught is how to teach it. TTT turns your supervisors, team leaders and faculty into trainers who can stand in front of a room, hold it, and leave the participants genuinely more capable than when they walked in.

Knowing the job and being able to teach it are two different skills.

Who it’s for

Who is this programme for?

The programme runs in two tracks. The corporate track builds departmental trainers; the academia track builds teaching faculty. The method is the same; the case studies are not.

Corporate Trainers

Departmental trainers, team leaders and supervisors expected to train their own juniors.

Banking & Insurance

Branch teams and field staff who train colleagues on process, product and conduct.

Hospitality Industry

Hotel and restaurant supervisors who run daily briefings and on-the-job training.

Pharmaceuticals & Retail

Field managers and store leads who onboard and upskill their own teams.

Teachers & Educators

Faculty in colleges, institutes and schools who want their classes to actually land.

Anyone who wants to train

Professionals moving into a training, L&D or faculty role for the first time.

Why it matters

Why this programme earns its time

Most organisations already have the knowledge they need sitting inside their senior staff. What they do not have is a way to move it. A supervisor who knows the standard cold but cannot teach it will repeat the same correction every week for years.

TTT closes that gap. After the workshop your trainers deliver sessions themselves, and our trainers monitor those sessions and give constructive feedback. That is what turns a one-off workshop into a training capability the business keeps.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Personality, effective communication and personal presentation are close to mandatory for professionals who want to thrive. Technical skills get sharpened on the job, but soft skills picked up informally from peers and seniors are usually picked up wrong — those colleagues rarely understand behavioural science, and they have no technique for teaching it.

Strategic communication, a strong professional presence and noticeably higher self-confidence, all built on behavioural science. Leadership skills and qualities develop alongside them. Because the whole programme is learning by doing, the takeaways are reinforced in the room rather than left as notes.

It depends on the workshop and the outcome you want — anywhere from 1 to 9 days, though most run 2 to 3 days. Shorter workshops focus on a specific skill; the longer ones allow a deep dive across several.

Interactive sessions, role-plays, case studies, group discussions and simulations. The emphasis is on experiential, hands-on learning drawn from real situations, so participants get to practise and receive instantaneous feedback from both trainers and peers. Real-life examples and anecdotes carry the theory.

We have conducted sessions in 13+ languages, across 410+ cities in 5 countries. Language is not a barrier — our trainers speak in whichever language the participants understand best.

Sessions are conducted in-person by default: our trainer travels to your location. Online delivery is available for selected programmes where it suits the outcome.

We conduct sessions at a time convenient to our partner, including around shift rosters and academic timetables.

No. We don’t provide refunds. If you are not sure about the workshop, read the testimonials, read more about the trainers and take an informed decision. If you are not happy with the outcomes of a particular session, we can redo the session once.
