Yes. We build the module with you first, around your menu, your storage and your service pattern, so the examples are situations your team actually meets.
We have conducted sessions in 13+ languages, across 410+ cities in 5 countries. Language is not a barrier. Our trainers speak in a language best understood by the participants.
All the sessions will be done in-person. Our trainer visits your location and conducts the session.
