Create well structured, engaging presentations — and deliver them without losing the room.
Helps your team upgrade their attitude, poise, demeanour and presentation skills. Most people are not bad presenters; they were simply never taught how a presentation is built, or what to do with their hands, voice and nerves once they are standing up.
A good idea presented badly loses to a weak idea presented well.
We run this for working teams and for students. The framework is identical; the briefs, the case studies and the room are not.
Relationship managers and branch teams who pitch, review and present to clients.
Managers presenting to owners, teams and guests across properties and outlets.
Field associates and store leads presenting product, numbers and plans.
Anyone who has to carry a room to a decision at the end of a deck.
Students facing projects, vivas, placements and competitions.
Founders pitching to investors, partners, landlords and their own teams.
Every session is built around activities that put participants on their feet and in front of each other. This is what the room actually looks like.

Presentation skill is the one soft skill whose absence is visible to everybody in the room. It decides whether a proposal gets funded, whether a class stays awake, and whether a capable person is read as a leader.
It is also the one people are most often left to pick up from watching colleagues — which is exactly how bad habits spread. Learning it deliberately, with feedback from trainers and peers in the room, is considerably faster.
Most partners run more than one of these. Tell us the outcome you want and we’ll tell you which combination gets there.
Personality, effective communication and personal presentation are close to mandatory for professionals who want to thrive. Technical skills get sharpened on the job, but soft skills picked up informally from peers and seniors are usually picked up wrong — those colleagues rarely understand behavioural science, and they have no technique for teaching it.
Strategic communication, a strong professional presence and noticeably higher self-confidence, all built on behavioural science. Leadership skills and qualities develop alongside them. Because the whole programme is learning by doing, the takeaways are reinforced in the room rather than left as notes.
It depends on the workshop and the outcome you want — anywhere from 1 to 9 days, though most run 2 to 3 days. Shorter workshops focus on a specific skill; the longer ones allow a deep dive across several.
Interactive sessions, role-plays, case studies, group discussions and simulations. The emphasis is on experiential, hands-on learning drawn from real situations, so participants get to practise and receive instantaneous feedback from both trainers and peers. Real-life examples and anecdotes carry the theory.
We have conducted sessions in 13+ languages, across 410+ cities in 5 countries. Language is not a barrier — our trainers speak in whichever language the participants understand best.
Sessions are conducted in-person by default: our trainer travels to your location. Online delivery is available for selected programmes where it suits the outcome.
We conduct sessions at a time convenient to our partner, including around shift rosters and academic timetables.
No. We don’t provide refunds. If you are not sure about the workshop, read the testimonials, read more about the trainers and take an informed decision. If you are not happy with the outcomes of a particular session, we can redo the session once.
