Pushpa Chatterjee is an experienced training professional with over 30 years in the hospitality and education sectors. An alumna of the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, she has worked with hotel groups including The Taj Group and The Park Hotels.
Her professional background spans faculty roles at leading hospitality institutes and internal auditing. She is a certified English language trainer from Valuepoint Academy and completed the IELTS Train The Trainer certification through the British Council.
Her expertise covers people management, corporate grooming, business communication and etiquette. She has delivered training at institutions such as Gems B School and New Horizon College, focusing on business communication and soft skills development.
Pushpa currently works in two capacities — as a content developer for Crossover Leadership Journeys, and as a corporate trainer with HTI. She actively seeks professional engagement across diverse fields and welcomes challenging assignments.
Outside her professional work, she pursues classical music, reading and travel, and studies human psychology and relationships.
