His experiences range from hotels like Taj Palace, Mughal Sheraton, Hyatt Regency and Jaypee to education with FIITJEE and Hotel Management Institutes in Udaipur, Faridabad and Gwalior. Fortis Hospitals and Sterling Hospitals too have benefited from this hospitality professional.
His expertise spans talent acquisition and development, onboarding, and culture building. Bhaskar has trained and mentored more than 20,000 professionals in leadership, communication, service excellence, and organizational behaviour through practical insights and real-world strategies.
Recognized as a Jury Special HR Leadership Excellence Awardee and Most Strategic HR Leader of the Year, Bhaskar is also a certified HR Consultant, Trainer, and Facilitator.
He is a life member of the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) and an active contributor to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the All India Management Association (AIMA).
