Rajan has 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry (Food & Beverage Service), where he started as a dishwasher. Owing to his hard work and ‘never-say-no’ attitude, he climbed up the ladder to become Director, Operations, where he worked for 10 years. His desire to pursue greatness and growth led him to become a Senior Trainer for Soft Skills.

He joined HTI (Hospitality Training Institute) in 2016 and has seen spectacular growth. The ideals of the company - No Excuses, Integrity, Kaizen and Initiative resonate with him and have helped him achieve, both personally and professionally. His vision of helping people in the Hospitality space has helped him further HTI’s vision of “at least one person in every Hospitality outlet worldwide must have benefited from HTI.”

Rajan’s enthusiasm and determination to grow is inspiring. He is kind and considerate of the people around him. We at HTI are lucky to have him!
