Introduction

We are a six-year young organization set up with the mission of – “Improving hospitality through training”. We conduct technical and soft skills training for hospitality and allied industries. Our client list includes Hotel Taj, Oberoi Airport Services, CBS Multiplex, Kesari Tours, HDFC, Titan watches, Indian Airlines, Voltas, HCC...

Our training aims to increase efficiency and productivity, it raises staff morale and lowers staff turnover. Overall, interpersonal skills and team work receive a boost along with customer satisfaction. Due to the above, profitability rises and the ROI of training is achieved within 3 to 4 months.

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) improves confidence, enhances communication and value based management practices. It changes the mindset of mangers to that of leaders that work at creating leaders. This paradigm shift ensures that we have a more committed, motivated and dynamic team. Our programs can be customized to suit the requirements of all staff and can be conducted in English, Hindi or Marathi.
